ศาลอาญานัดพิพากษาคุณหญิงอ้อ (คุณหญิงพจมาร อุ้ย ไม่ใช่ พจมาน) คดี ซุกหุ้นชินฯ พร้อมคู่ความคือ พี่ชายบุญธรรมของหญิงอ้อ(นายบรรณพจน์ ดามาพงศ์ อดีตประธานกรรมการบริหารชินฯ ) คดีนี้นานมาแล้ว แต่ว่าการดำเนินคดีช้ามาก คราวนี้ผลจะออกมาเป็นอย่างไร จะจบสิ้นหรือต้องรอออกไปอีก !!!!
งงกับระบบตุลาการจริงๆ หลักฐานพร้อม แต่เหมือนจะเอาผิดไม่ได้ พร้อมกับ ตอนนี้ อัยการกำลังจะส่งฟ้อง ทักษิณ คดีรวยผิดปกติ เหตุใช้อำนาจหน้าที่นายก กอบโกยผลประโยชน์เข้าครอบครัวโดยจะยึดทรัพย์6 พันล้านนนนน ฎีการับเรื่องเรียบร้อยแล้ว

The criminal court arranges to give the decision to Mrs. Pojjamarn Chinnawat and Mr. Bunpoj Damapong (Chin’s executive manager) in case of “Corruption in share.” This case spends more time to peruse. What is the result? It is the end or waiting again!!!

Do not understand about the judge process, while they having enough evidences but they can not do anything. Now prosecutor will charge Mr. Taksin Chinnawat in case of “Too rich.” Because he use his position and power in wrong way to get profits. They will confiscate his money about 6 thousand million baht.
